Did you buy it from here? FX aren't around any more so I doubt you will get a replacement.

FX died about a year ago if I recall so they haven't been around for quite a while to say the least. But I did FX even make a Gungrave set? I get the feeling he has EZDVD mixed up with FX but I could be wrong.
