Sometimes when I hike in a trail that used to be old ranch land, I see a lot of cow patties. When they dry up, they actually look like nice pancakes. Maybe Matt knows something

Deffinatly corn, Butter and Sugar is my favorite followed closly by Silver Queen. Also the only 2 other veggies that I like are Potatos and Mushrooms.

Honestly, all easy prepared veggies are my pick (baby carrot, celery, yellow/red/orange pepper, cauliflower, sprout(ie sunflower sprout), avacado, brocoli). As for mushroom, Shitake, Oyster, Enoki tastes great in soup esp miso soup. Hmm..add some seeweed, tofu and peaches&cream con in the soup...<drool>. As for flavoring, I LOVE ginger. My sushi eating is always condimented with pickled ginger, not soy-souce.
