The ones here are of the original set, but the discs are the same save for the last one, and I don't think FX made them any worse. If there's one company you can always trust it good quality, it's FX. It's the best set you'll find, so I say go for it.

Short answer: yes.

The only difference is the new set doesn't have the specials on the third DVD... they are on the Love Hina Again DVD instead. The set you want will be good... and might even be better (might have some extras)
