I try to do 100 punches every other day with 10-12 lbs. It really tones your arms. i need a new weight bench. Mine only goes to 100lbs and is broke all to hell. I haven't used it in 2 years. I hear you are supposed to be able to bench your own body weight so I need at least 100 more lbs. I found a decently priced bench the other week that comes with 100lbs and saw some seperate weights for sale that were reasonably priced. I need some money! :twisted:

I'm a small guy. I weigh about 185. So I can bench a little over my bod weight. My leg presses are in the 400's. Hopefully I'll be benching 250 in the near future. :mrgreen:
I weigh in the 160-180 range. I don't know how much I can bench. :?

I've gotten up to 200 lbs recently and then slimmed down. :mrgreen:
In 7th and 8th grade I gained 45 lbs. Though I was in shape. :mrgreen:
