yeah they can put out fx's stuff, but like you said i'm worried about their own work
I've inadverdently received a couple of EZDVDs sets when I thought what I was getting was the MI set. I love how some of these dealers advertise one thing and send you another.

My only prob with them is their packaging. I'm partial to gatefolds for no other reason other than I like and prefer them. Other than that...a big deal for me Big Grin ...the DVD quality is top notch for the sets I have. If MI and AV went away I wouldn't have a problem buying EZDVD. But until that happens I'll only get them when a dealer plays the bait and switch game with me.

Later!!

I think I've said this before but it doesn't hurt to repeat it: what is more important? The purdy flapping box or the quality of the video/audio/subs/extras within......... I wouldn't care what the box looks like if the contents within it was subpar. By the sounds of it some people have their priorities backwards.

I liked the gatefolds at times but I also didn't like it when the DVD holder would get stuck (where you had to push from the other side or jam a knife down there to pop it back up), or the corners would get bent, or the glue came undone, etc.... I've only had one EZ case that was broken but nothing a little bit of super glue couldn't fix.

I sure hope EZ gets the hang of ripping their own stuff in the future, I'd hate to see them using MI or MAC in the future (I personally don't care for those two anymore and as the saying goes "Garbage in, garbage out").
I dont mind the EZDVD cases....well with the exception of Inuyasha, simply because I would have liked the sets to match, but overall that is no big deal either. For the most part though, I love EZDVD.
