Well, after pokemon yellow, I sort of gave up on the games, although I think I own silver, it's somewhere in my desk. But, since the ones for GBA were announced I became a bit curius. Upon looking into it I found that the more I read about it the more I would like to know.
You see no one knows if the two older places are in it. The game is half the sie it was supposed to be & some of the story suggest that the older places were destoried. But through some pieceing together of a few clues, it comes to say something about a giant moth coming out of the egg/shell (they found the egg) & spraying a mist. Another clue was something along the lines of The misty memory will something something, ingraved in the heart.
You see the only problem with that is moths only come out at night. Everyone who is that after is using a rom, which doesn't have an internal clock :? .
Also, many people say that nintendo was going to use the old places too, but in the end decided to leave them out, but the data for all the pokemon on every game is in the newer ones (All the orgianals cannot be gotten without a gameshark from what I've heard).

Someone got a hold of a room mod GS code, & people have been screwing around with it only to find weird setups, like sprites of people sitting around in cult like groups. One is of a wedding. Then some other guy (I don't remember most the details) changed the code a little bit & ended up in a place that had kanto's music & seemed to be merged between kanto & a new town. From that they gather that it's either left there from before nintendo supposively removed most of it, or they have to change the first half of the code to reach the other lands.

Something some guy said in Engrish & was translated by another guy: To get to kanto and johto you need an emulator to do so. you need to make the clock do a whole day. and also for the poroks and berries to grow.

Hopefully that solves it, although it will take all the fun out of it Sad . I guess it's a lucky thing everyone says the guy is full of it Smile .

Astala-Pika Baby!!!
I get the feeling not only does no one care, but I just lost the respect of half the people here.

But, of course, I couldn't care less.
I kind of like the pocket monsters games. Until they started to re-do the same games over and over again. Other than that every other thing that has to do with pokemon needs to be obliterated. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
i'm not a huge fan of the show (pretty much i dislike it).... but the games are another story.........

they're quite fun and addicting........ as for the new one.... i'm not wasting my time on a japanese rom..... but when the english version comes out i'll play it for sure.....

but who needs that poop anyway..... when i got Metroid Fusion!!!!!!

between that, Megaman Zero, and Kim Possible..... i'm set with GBA games Tongue
oops.... glitch and double post.... sorry u_u

Don't ask why, but I have problems keeping to one game, which is probably why I have a TON of roms. So after a few days of metroid I kinda gave up.

You crazy desfunk!!!!
Because of the speed of my computer the rom goes rrrreeeeeeeaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyy, but I get to brag because my samus gets hits about 75% less times than people play the real version.

I played it for about 6 or 7 days (maybe a little more), for about 1 1/2 hours a day or so.
Your so right Batz. The Rom is slow on most computers and that make's it a lot more fun for me because I can destroy the bosses with ease. But you have to finish the game. But check it after so many years and people asking why did the Big N skip the 32 bit era we thind that.....They didn't they made it better. Now it's portable and then the Big N really is giving the Third partys an ass raping. With the addon for the Gamecube now all those great games will be on the big screen. I really am enjoying Nintedo once again...
As for how slow my rom goes, at frame skip set to 3, & after playing poke'mon sapphire for ATLEAST 6 hours it says I've been playing for 1:44.
Wow that sucks. I haven't played a rom on my computer in a long time. To tell the truth I haven't played a new game in a long time either. What's wrong with me? I think I am going to go play a game now. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
