Its one of those things where a memory just pops out of nowhere....it was an anime i had about 10 years ago and i can remember the name.ill try my best to remember the details.
took place way in the future and mankind is threathened by some aliens(the aliens have no personality....just looked like giant viruses)
the main girl had a giant robot and she just tore thru them all in some of the final episodes
i think the name of it had a "buster" in the title
earth made a giant spaceship to escape and lotto off the seats
i remember some scenes where the girls were learning to fight in the robots and had school clothes on
it was a preety serious tone thruout nothing chibi i think

I saw this anime a long time ago where there was a guy who was elderly and he was part machine also all i remember is that they were trying to stop him and eventually when they did he exploded or something and the world blew up and the anime ended. But the anime seemed to have a strong sense of care for elderly people like he was at a nursing home
Also i saw an anime that was in outer space and there was this huge metal computer like thing that seemed to almost have a God quality but further then that i can't remember except that i think it had a rust color.
I saw another anime that everyone was a girl on this planet then a new life form was born and it was a guy and everone was like wow your the chosen one or whatever (yes it sounds like a porno but it wasn't)
And for the life of me i keep thinking there was a really cool anime called blade runner (not the live action movie) but yeah it was cool but i can't really remember it and i don't know if thats the right name or not i just keep thinking that must be the name.
There was one other that these people seemed to be in a dream or something and it was really bizarre it was almost like all these people from different worlds were together it may be a chinese ghost story but im not sure if anyone is can they confirm this before i buy it

Knights of Ramune? It is rather echi, so on first glance might be considered Hentai (lot of nudity)
