A bit late but happy birthday.
Im in the same boatas in I know how you feel with the relationship thing.I work 40 hour weeks through winter and anything up to 70 through summer for our busy period(although 55+ hours only lasts a few weeks across christmas) Finding time for hobbies, work and people can be pretty tricky.Especially when your extremely shy.
