You need a dvd-rom if you wanna rip dvds to vcds, which by the way is very illegal.
So are fansubs!!!! And HK DVDs for that matter!!!! The HK DVDs are turning a huge profit, so that's even worse.
What I've been doing a lot of lately is turning good quality (notice I said good quality) fansubs into regular dvds-there's a lot of programs that can do that but I have my own preference. And I wholeheartdly agree-selling fansubs on ebay or whatever is the lowest form of bottomfeeding.
