Pronounced "Core." I go to a military school, but the school also has a civilian side. Thefore, the military side of the school has been named "The Corps of Cadets." The Corps supports all 5 branches (yes, I'm including Coast Guard because our President was a Coastie and insists on it) and unifies them into one working unit using the best of all of the branches to make the Corps work. The Corps is student run, the Cadet Colonel being the highest ranking cadet on campus. Part of indoctrination into the Corps is participating in Rook year (freshman year) in which you PT every day and are generally run into the ground. It's fun!
