Hey can anybody can tell me if the zenki serie in this store is complete.

I'm almost certain it is. The latter three set's each have 13 episodes. The series is 51 episodes. So I'm betting (even though not listed) the first set has 12. Add to those three sets with 13 and there are the 51 complete episodes spread across four sets.
