Don't sweat it I am 28 have a year left to finish my Social work/phyc degree. being an adult is not all that bad as long as you don't forget one thing. Don't take life to serious, it is OK to be a kid sometime still. You grow old to quick if you forget that.
That makes you slightly older than me.
And don't worry, I haven't grown up much at all. Can't you tell?

Women who let men pay for everything really piss me off! It makes us look bad and then we hear men say things like: "Good thing I don't have a girlfriend or I'd be living in a ditch."! That sort of behaviour is shameful, especially nowadays.
then you would probably like my grilfriend then. she likes to buy me stuff and pay for diner and so on and so forth. she expecially likes to open the door for me, because she knows that it bothers me, people always stare when she opens her car door for me, it's kind of funny in a way. but i like dominate women anyway so it isn't really that big of a deal.
Right now, being an adult sucks for me because I have over 40k tied up in loans that I have to pay off some of before I can go back to school and finish my degree. Be smart, if you're going to college, GET SCHOLARSHIPS or GRANTS.
Unfortunately, my father is in the "wealthy" bracket so I couldn't get any, but he wouldn't pay for my schooling. So, here I am, earning $11/h working in a cubicle, paying all my bills (insurance, rent, food, loan payments, blah blah blah). I actually bought a cell phone because monthly payments for that were cheaper than the land line.
hm, i'm 21, i go to school not this summer semester though and I have a full time job that will be changed to part time when school starts. I'm not really an adult because I don't have my own apartment or house yet but life seems pretty good. What sucks is that when school does start i'm busy with a lot of stuff and friends and girlfriends complain that I don't call them/go out with them/smoke with them/etc. I think my teen years were the best because I would study and pass tests easily and go out partying in the weekends at raves in either austin, dallas, or houston. Those days were pretty fun but no I have a bit more responsiblity towards myself and the people around me. Oh, I wouldn't mind having a girlfriend but that sorta just takes out time I can't have for myself and money is also a factor in that too. Although, having a sexual partner whenever I want would be nice.

My life kinda sucks because when I want something I have to ask my parents and it is always a NO when I ask
Trust me when I say that this most likely will work out for the better. This way you will learn the value of money more. I also never got a whole lot from my parents except on my birthday and christmas and it tought me to take care of my money and value my possesions more. I also have quite a few good friends who come from wealthy families and they were real spoiled. They now live on their own and have money 2 out of the 4 weeks. If you get everything you want when your young without working for it there will be a good chance that you wont be able to handle money very well when your older. Your parents probably don't want to spoil you with this reason in mind.

Oh, so a girlfriend is good for just that?
I will be honest, There are days hell weeks that I don't wnat a girlfriend I just want a F' buddy and be done with it. She calls me up, I hit it up and she tells me to go home and sleep in my bed. Those days ruled. Ah but lass they are over. The advantages of having a GF out weigh the convence 90% of the time.
You did it now. You know that at some point in time she's bound to ask you about the other 10% of the time. It could be today, it could be tommorrow, it could be 5 years from now . . . but at some point, she'll ask you.
Hopefully the other 10% doesen't rear its head at a party for you some day when you are drinking
