So i am a big fan of the mech type anime right... the Gundams, EVA, and well you get the point. But i was wondering about other good anime that doesnt have mechs in it. I heard Noir is bomb; anyway, your thoughts.

Noir is good. i am currently watching Tenchi, slayers and ranma 1/2 and loving them all.

i do have to disagree with some of u, FLCL is in fact a mecha series. however, its one of the best nevertheless.
perfect blue and fruit baskets are both excellent non mecha anime

Saiyuki is a funny one. I love Saiyuki. I also agree with Jiro Komyoji. I love Naruto. Go Kakashi!
Oh and Japschin's list was a good one. Everyone seems to have good taste.
flcl may be some sort of mecha, but it's mecha on crack and speed.
