i have a iria made by ac/mac and the reviewer says its a vhs rip but i looked at anime studio's version and the reviewer there said its a r1 dvd rip but i looked at some of the screeshots and they look the same as the other companys so are both dvd rips or vhs rips or what
i borrowed the anime studio version off my mate and it was definately a R1, which is easy to tell due to the dual language audio and perfect subs. the picture wasnt the best but still dvd quality. the ac/mac version is most likely the very same dvd since they are the same company, cant vouch for the show though...
I have the MAC version and its as close as they get to a perfect rip. I can't comment if all the subs are there because i watched it in english but the video and audio quality are perfect. It seems like a straight 1:1 rip. Very good buy.
