Hi, wondering if anyone is interested in doing drop shipping, what that means is you sell an item that I have, and I will ship it to your buyer. Example, you list a 3 dvd set on ebay for 25 dollars + 8 shipping, it sells for 30 + 8 shipping you turn around and paypal me 21+8 shipping and you keep the differance.

I will mail the items to your buyers without listing price you paid in the invoice.

Few rules are: you need to notify me of items you are goign to list/sell, so that I put them aside for you (so i dont sell out of it before your auction ends) and to start out, only limit new drop sellers to 5 items at a time.

Please post if you are interested and with further questions in this thread.
I remember you mentioning this is a previous thread a few weeks ago or something.... but personally, I don't think it's something that will work.

I use Escaflowne for an example. Glancing at eBay right now, I see over 50 sets, with around half or so at a Buy It Now of $20 - $22. Shipping is generally $7-8. In other words, it already rivals your price. I'm not saying you are expensive, I've ordered from IA before and I was very happy, and the prices ARE great... But in order to make a worthwile profit, minus the $1 to $2 listing fee, they'd have to sell it at a high price that no one would really go for. So just to make $5, they'd have to sell for a total of $24... not counting listing fees. In order to make a good amount of money, they'd have to powersell, in which some sets won't sell, and they'll lose what they gain.

That's just my personal opinion... I think it's awesome you offer to do this for other people, and I'm sure some people might go for it.
it may not work for some sets it may work for others, have to be more informative when picking what to list I guess, I myself started in this business through drop shipping, so whoever wants to try with next to no expense (expense would be listing fee if item doesnt sell) then they are welcome to try/
I sell and buy stuff on Ebay from time to time. And I checked out the prices of various sets on Ebay right now, and it doesn't seem like it would be a very profitable venture after you get done paying fees and shipping and stuff. I'll check out some other sets on there later, but at this point, I would have to agree with dvd_master.
With the big titles where there are many listings it is not going to be profitable. But with some more specialist titles there is some money to be made. Also you can also sell to friends etc.
Hey, i am pretty interested in this, but i am a little worried about the risks, seeing as if the item were to get lost or anything i would take the blame, i have no doubt that you would come through on the deal its just that i am a little worried about it. I am very interested in this opportunity, i just don't want to jump into anything unprepared.
I can ship things via Xpress Post, you just have to pay me (and collect from the buyer) a higher shipping fee, it will have tracking number.
