I don'tv know for sure, but considering that it's a title distributed by ADV (which is quite agressive against "imports"), I probably wouldn't count on it.
But of course, you never know what's going on behind the scenes.

Risky Safety was licensed by Animenation Entertainment, a very new company and it was their fist title and only releaseso far so I expect them to be very aggressive against any HK set of it. The people at MAC probably won't give a shit though.

While Animenation did put out the series, ADV was the distributor, according to its logo that was on the trade flyers for the 2nd & 3rd "Risky Safety" DVDs. I imagine that both Animenation and ADV will be aggressive against any HK boots of Risky Safety.

III. Future Releases
Most importantly, it must be understood that no one at Import-Anime knows which titles will be released in the future or when titles will be released. Each HK DVD manufacturer is extremely secretive, and must be to avoid interference from other companies. The only way to know about upcoming titles is to visit the manufacturers? websites.

The arcticnightfall forums are usually a good source for info on HK DVDs. Also, MAC has a website that they update a regular basis http://www.animegod.com
