Hey was wondering if anybody that played this game know where to find the last 2 dog characters they are the last of the 108 characters I need to find.

Have you tried GameFAQs? I haven't played any of the Suikoden's so I have no idea.

It is an excellent game. I just wish all of the 108 stars were playable. weatdrop:

I'm trying to get Lucs story line I still dont understand the faq to get that last damn dog Kogoro.

You have to go to Cyndar Ruins, the entrance has three paths you have to go down the left one, once you've done that go to the very next left, you should come across a dead end, once your there check the top right corner, and you should see a sliver of a dogs tail, go over to it. He'll dance a little bit then you can adopt him.
